On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, our community will come together once again for Erie Gives Day, a powerful 12-hour giving event that makes a remarkable impact for the homeless, neglected, and abused animals who come through our doors.
Each year, Erie Gives Day provides an opportunity for us to rally support for our mission: to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. With your help, we go beyond basic shelter—we provide medical care, behavioral support, enrichment, endless amounts of love, and most importantly, a second chance.
This year, our campaign theme is “Their Journey Starts With You.” It’s a reminder that every happy tail wag, purr-filled cuddle, and heartwarming adoption story begins with a single act of generosity. Y our gift on Erie Gives Day helps us transform lives—from frightened, injured, or abandoned animals to beloved family companions.
